HDL Trial Screening tool

This screening tool checks whether a patient appears eligible to be referred for genetic testing and next steps.

All inclusion questions must be answered Yes, and all exclusion questions must be answered No. If any answer fails the rule, the result is Not Eligible and the screening stops immediately.

Inclusion Criterion
This test screeing does not ask for the genetic testing, If you are able to meet the criterias above only then we'll send the patient for the next steps which would include the Genetic test.
